While no cooking can be done in our prep kitchen, it has a full fridge & freezer, ice machine, hand washing sink, 3-bay sink & utility sink for all your food prep needs.

In our cabinets you will find numerous platters, bowls & cake stands.
Forget to grab those beverage napkins, or birthday candles? No problem! If we have it in the cabinet, please help yourself.
Having a seated brunch? We have service for 24 including, gold flower chargers, dinner plates, soup/bisque cups, water goblets, champagne glasses, flatware, soup spoons, as well as many serving pieces.

The Reserve is a more intimate setting & host no more than 60 people comfortably.

As long as you are not selling alcohol, you can serve it. If you are hosting an event & need to sell alcohol, you must notify The Reserve 6 weeks in advance to apply for a license with the city.

You are not allowed to hang, tape, or fasten anything to sheetrock walls, but can do so on the brick walls. Failure to comply with this will result in your deposit being non-refundable to fix any damages done to the walls.

You are required, as outlined in your contract, to complete the cleaning checklist at the conclusion of your event. Any task not completed will result in your deposit being non-refunable.

Due to the city ordinance of Hawkinsville, your event must end by 10 pm, est., & clean up must be complete by 12 am. No exceptions.
