KITCHEN
Countertops are to be wiped clean + sanitized
NO food or beverages are to be left on the property or in the fridge
If any spills in the fridge/freezer, they must be wiped clean
Rinse out all sinks of any food or beverages + sanitize
All trash MUST be emptied + taken off from the property. A city trashcan can be found by the road out the back door.
If trash/boxes cannot fit, you are responsible for taking it with you to dispose of properly.
Please replace all trash bags.
All dishes/items that are property of The Reserve are to be washed, dried + put away in their respectful spot
FRONT ROOM
The front desk must be wiped as well incase of any spills or decorative remnants left behind
All materials (including popped balloons + confetti to name a few) must be removed at the conclusion of your event
Farm tables must be wiped down + are to be left in the rear corners of the room
Stack all chairs in the hallway, neatly. No more than 6 chairs high and placed against the wall
All plastic tables must be wiped down, broken down CAREFULLY + stored properly in the closet, all facing the same direction
BATHROOM
Bathroom trash must be emptied at the conclusion of your event
Wipe down sink of any puddled soap, etc.
Toilet must be flushed + be respectful to make sure no additional cleaning is needed
Replace toilet tissue on roll if empty
Paper towels can be found in the bottom kitchen cabinet closest to the back door, The key stays in the top and replace those with flat side faced up.
Sweep/pick-up any trash on the floor
Please be respectful to make sure no additional cleaning needs to happen for the event following yours.
FLOORS
All floors must be swept, especially in any area that show debris, in all areas of the venue. (i.e. kitchen, bathroom, hallway, front room)
Floors do NOT have to be mopped, but please be diligent and DO mop any areas where spills have occurred.
MISCELLANEOUS
All materials + debris must be picked up from back porch, sidewalk infront of The Reserve and neighboring properties + parking area if there are remnants from your departing guest or from your event
Any furniture moved for your event, must be put back in its respective spots. (sofa, wingback chairs, side table + desk)
BEFORE YOU GO
Make sure back door is locked
Turn off kitchen lights
Turn off bathroom lights
Turn off hallway lights
Turn off main room lights
Leave front wall lights (the gold ones)
Leave on window display lights
Close the bathroom + closet doors
Leave the air on 73°F
Leave your key in the top drawer of the desk + leave the front door unlocked
