YOGA WITH MELISSA ECKLES

MONDAY + THURSDAY

6:30 PM-7:30 PM

Vinyasa flow that concentrates on basic postures and proper alignment. Together we will work on building strength, balance and flexibility. This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. Mat and towel recommended.
